Holders Real Madrid will take on Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich, as they seek to win the title for a third consecutive year.
In the other fixture, Liverpool will clash with Roma.
The semi-final games will be played on April 24 and 25 and second leg ties on May 1st and 2nd.
